30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@therelievoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using the provided return address.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@therelievoo.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@therelievoo.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
