Do I have to leave a 5-star or positive review to get cashback?
No, never. Your reward is for sharing a genuine experience and creating content — not for what rating you give. Your honest opinion qualifies whatever the rating. We’d much rather have your true feedback.
How much cashback will I receive?
It depends on what you share: 15% for a written review, 30% for a review with a photo of the product in use, and 50% for a review with a short video. Cashback is calculated on your order total and is a partial refund to your original payment method.
Why do I have to disclose that I’m an ambassador?
Because you receive a reward, Australian Consumer Law (ACCC) and Trustpilot’s guidelines require you to clearly disclose it when you post — for example by adding #RelievooAmbassador and noting you received a reward. It keeps reviews honest and transparent for everyone.
Where should I leave my review?
We recommend Trustpilot as a trusted, public place to share your honest experience. You’re also welcome to post a photo or video on social media and tag us. Wherever you share, please disclose your ambassador status.
How long does the cashback take?
Once we’ve verified your order and your content, we process the partial refund within 5–10 business days. It returns to the original payment method used for your order.
Can I claim more than once?
One reward is available per order. If you buy again, you’re welcome to participate again with your new order.
What if my submission can’t be verified?
We reserve the right to verify all submissions and decline any that are fraudulent, fake, not based on a genuine purchase, or that don’t meet the program rules. We’ll always let you know by email.
Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility. Open to Relievoo customers in Australia with a genuine, verified purchase. You must be 18 or older.
- Honest & genuine only. Reviews and content must reflect your real, honest experience. The reward is for sharing your experience and creating content — it is not conditional on giving a positive or 5-star rating. Your honest opinion qualifies whatever the rating.
- Mandatory disclosure. You must clearly disclose that you are a Relievoo Ambassador and received a reward whenever you post (for example #RelievooAmbassador and a statement that you received a reward), in line with ACCC guidance and Trustpilot’s transparency rules.
- One reward per order. A single cashback reward is available per qualifying order. Reward tiers (15% written / 30% with photo / 50% with video) are not stackable on the same order — the highest qualifying tier applies.
- Cashback method. Rewards are issued as a partial refund to the original payment method used for the order, typically within 5–10 business days of verification.
- Verification & discretion. Relievoo reserves the right to verify every submission and to decline or withhold rewards for submissions that are fraudulent, fake, duplicated, not based on a genuine purchase, or that breach these terms or third-party platform rules.
- No abuse. Rewards cannot be combined or manipulated for abuse. Attempts to game the program may result in disqualification.
- Content permission. By submitting photos or videos you grant Relievoo permission to feature your content on our website and social channels, with attribution where possible. You retain ownership of your content.
- Independence of reviews. Third-party platforms such as Trustpilot have their own policies. Your review on those platforms is yours and is governed by their terms; Relievoo does not pay for ratings.
- Changes. Relievoo may modify or end this program at any time. Submissions made before a change will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of submission.
